Soul sucking work, long hours that aren't compensated (e.g. work till the work is done attitude is prevalent, unless that means you leave in less than 9 hours), mandatory weekend shifts. Salary WAS better than industry average, but when you consider the hours required, the hourly was less than industry standard.

EXTREMELY lean / flat organization which sets the precedence for failure. No matter how you present resource needs or allocation models, it falls on deaf ears. Their motto should be do more with less! It is easy to obtain a title, but it means nothing. If you have a leader title, don't be fooled, you will be doing all the work. No opportunity to move up unless you want to move abroad.
