Mostly easy days, fairly relaxed depending on management. Got worse as it went on. Not the worst place I've ever worked. Mostly frustrating.

Cons

Management poor from the top down. Worked for one good manager who was a nice guy, the rest of them not so much. Very poorly run department, do everything backwards, was often like banging your head against a wall. Lack of knowledge among engineers, management and planning team did not help one bit, people get away with all sorts.
