Started off great until real management team i reported to got demoted and replaced by someone who wasn't and isn't any good with managing others, 0 people skills 0 care for difference in opinion and concern for those they are in charge of, managing very poorly I might add. Ticks the boxes in regards to getting what he wants, and gets away with setting others up. Negative environment upon his promotion coming into force This was Worcester site, housing tech team not the care side, some reviews about it being good leadership might be the case in other teams or sectors however from my experience I wouldn't recommend unless you get fulfilment in policies being twisted to allow for bullying to take place
