Pros

Good pay and benefits. Colleagues you get on with make it good. I've had 5 years here, so it's not all bad. There are some really great people in this organisation.

Cons

Everything takes forever. Want to get a PO approved? Expect it to take at least 2 weeks. I am leaving at the end of the year and they couldn't get their behinds in gear to "process" my leaving, so I was under paid at Christmas. Yes im bitter about it.
