Pros

Some lovely colleagues (none of them left working there now either really) if it wasn’t for them I would have left sooner

Cons

Back to back calls from abusive customers with barely any time between calls Not qualified to deal with these calls Questioned on even leaving desk/taking breaks multiple times- not allowed to make a drink whilst on a toilet break Poor handling of mental health of staff Poor sickness policy no allowances for mental health, bereavement etc still forced to come back before ready Scrutiny of how you reacted on call recordings every month even if a customer was abusive you are expected to deal with it Bullying management- one staff member in particular must have bullied their way through everyone by now and some how they are still employed. No progression more of if your face fits culture
