- Culture is generally getting there (it's not quite like the Victorian workhouse it used to be, facilities dont write your name down anymore if you forget your name badge......), depending on department and management it can really be a good fit for some people. - Some departments are quite flexible now, in terms of hybrid working. - Pay is average for the area.

Cons

- Progression has slowed down. - Financially stable, but by no means "growing" enough considering it's size - Some of the work practices and technologies are horrendous, and at a eye watering cost.
