Worked with a great team of people that we’re always willing to support you when things got really busy. Had an amazing manager that was straight talking, fair and very supportive.

Cons

No scope for progression. One can get jaded and burnt out because all issues seem to fall at the housing Officers lap. They don’t recognise unions so no real support when things get tough and official representation is needed.
