Colleagues were lovely to work with and as people

Cons

-management are awful -you’re gonna get battered by residents and possibly sexually assaulted -hours are long like 14 hours…u kidding? -no Christmas holiday available upon request -not ideal for anyone with other priorities as they expect you to prioritise work above everything else -some of the training is ridiculous in quantity and quality
