Pros

If you enjoy being micromanaged and disrespected by management, then this is a good place to work.

Cons

The organisation claims to offer flexibility, but it does not. The organisation claims to be parent friendly, but it is not. The organisation claims to want to put the customer at the heart of everything its employees do, but that is a lie. The organisation promotes diversity within the workplace, but people of colour are rarely promoted to upper management roles. There is a big, arrogant culture within the organisation. If you are not part of the inner circle, you will be forced to either comply with their orders or face detrimental treatment.
