Senior management needs to change. Lack of professionalism from senior management. One of the senior managers frequently loses her temper in the office in front of staff. Once she threw a chair across the office as she thought someone had drawn on the chair- a pen had leaked onto it it seemed although no one ever admitted it was their pen that caused the issue. Then more recently when we had another company come to see how we work. The manager ended up been unable to speak to the people who had come. This was because she came storming out of the meeting room and had to get one of the response team managers to take over. He was obviously not prepared for the visit as he wasn’t supposed to be involved but he like a professional took over. I can provide personal experiences and many other examples too. It’s a toxic environment to work in.

Management are more concerned about how they are seen by central office than doing the job.
