Gotten too big....

Pros

Good annual leave, pays the market rate. Generally stable. There are some training opportunities if you are lucky enough to have one of the few decent managers.

Cons

Terrible management. One arm does not know what the other is doing. Morale is zero across all offices with staff treated like robots. Top tier is full of 'yes' men that don't want to upset the boss.

Pros

If you enjoy being micromanaged and disrespected by management, then this is a good place to work.

Cons

The organisation claims to offer flexibility, but it does not. The organisation claims to be parent friendly, but it is not. The organisation claims to want to put the customer at the heart of everything its employees do, but that is a lie. The organisation promotes diversity within the workplace, but people of colour are rarely promoted to upper management roles. There is a big, arrogant culture within the organisation. If you are not part of the inner circle, you will be forced to either comply with their orders or face detrimental treatment.

Pros

Can't think of any pros

Cons

Bullying and management do nothing about it No bank holidays off All roles have stupid KPI's that don't get mentioned in interview Have to put a code in your desk phone every time you leave the desk, your reasons get scrutinised (example if they think you have taken too many toilet breaks)
