      Good working from home policy

      Pros

      There is a good deal of scope for working independently and working from home from time to time. Very professional environment and they do support you if you need adjustments to your working environment.

      Cons

      The open plan offices are not suitable for introverts or people who need a quite and space in order to concentrate. Most offices are set out so that the desks are joining with no dividers, you have a person seated on either side of you, at about 30cm on either side and people seated directly opposite you.

      Good Working Salary, Poor Management

      Pros

      Great, hard-working staff and a good wage given.

      Cons

      Senior Management only focused on money, reaching targets and acquiring more clientele. Instead of ensuring the smooth running of current business and making sure current workloads are manageable/comfortable for all involved. A lot of overtime needed to meet increasing demand (unpaid if non-management). Highly stressful environment
