Pros

Empowering and flexible is the word that comes to mind when working for Sanctuary Group. Have been working there for 3 years. Good promotional opportunities and lateral moves abound in different departments to learn additional skills. Good training and development opportunities too.

Cons

No dress-down days except for charity events occasionally.

From my initial contact with the Sanctuary Group, all of the processes and procedures have been clear and understanding and at all times the company have been professional. I was successful, and I am now employed within the Sanctuary Maintenance arm of the Sanctuary Group. All of the staff are extremely helpful and I am proud to say I work for the Sanctuary Group.

Cons

I have not found any downsides yet - The sanctuary group like the Work / Home life balance.
