There were NO pros that I saw when I worked there

Cons

No practical training, bigot and rascist comments made by staff, no health and safety practised, poor management, no organisation at all. Job was called a Caretaker, but it wasn't, it was just Cleaning. Management didn't care, they were distant and I never felt satisfied with responses from them.
