None to speak of. I really couldn't find any upside to working here

Cons

HR were a nightmare to deal with, problems with pay, awful people to work with.... the list could go on.

Good work life balance; but no commercial drive

Pros

- Good work-life balance. 9-5 Monday to Friday. - Flexible working hours but this depends entirely on the relationship with your manager

Cons

- Very little commercial drive from lower to mid ranking employees. - Many long-serving staff taking sick days as extra holidays. I didn't think this could happen until I worked at Sanctuary. - Management free to do pretty much anything they want to you without proper investigations. - Real innovation is not recognised. - Staff are very much 'set in their ways'. - Ugly brand

It’s very important for employees to have a healthy work-life balance, and we’re glad you had one during your time with us. It’s also important for our staff to have drive in their roles, so we’ll be taking your other comments on board. Thanks for the review.

Pros

The people I worked with were very nice. There was also some degree of flexibility in terms of working hours. The pay was reasonably good.

Cons

The place was basically run by a small group called "Facilities", whose ideas of management appeared to be a throwback to East Germany in the 1970s. As a result, there was a quiet air of unease about the place. There were no fridges, no use of mobile phones, the dress-code was decidedly backward - and in short the whole place seemed very enclosed and suffocating. I managed just seven weeks before I could literally take no more, which I think says it all really.
