Literally everything. Great working environment, great benefits, they offer high salary, high yearly increase, they promote training and development for employees, and it's a company that offers great growth opportunities. This is a company where you will feel really comfortable especially with the people you're working with.

Cons

It's a flat organization so it will take yearssss for you to get promoted to a next level position. Though there's a yearly increase, and you might also get salary increase if your boss endorsed you, it will take quite some time for you to actually have a higher position title.
