They provide training to their employees. Also when the pandemic hit, they provided us with food, face masks, and alcohol. There is also free lunch. We also get many goodies every Christmas. There will be frozen meat, a lot of canned goods, biscuits, coffee and liquor, all of course are products of SMC.

Cons

Not much on the performance bonus because the maximum you will get is 5% of your basic pay.
