You get to go to work at a pro sports/entertainment venue every day and get to interact with people who are all fans of the team and see countless games. Off-season is very chill.

Cons

When the team is doing well, things are happy and fun around the office. When they aren't it's the opposite. Pay is a lot lower than what you need to survive in the Bay Area and opportunities for advancement are slim.
