Pros

Working in a fast-paced sports environment can be a lot of fun. There are opportunities to create something and make it your own.

Cons

You are often expected to work 6 day work weeks and often each day can be 10-12 hours. This is a lifestyle job that doesn't leave a lot of room for a personal life. Management sees everyone as replaceable and does not try to keep their best employees.

Fun work environment, tight-knit community, knowledgeable employees, opportunity to learn and expand skill set, dedication to not only helping grow hockey in the bay area, but also helping those in need in the community.

Cons

Not a lot of room for growth within the organization, sometimes there's a lack of communication between departments, frequent night and weekend work.
