Good demand for analytics that could create better practices and more quality management.

Cons

Bad analytics practices have been unable to provide good data and an stable platform to work with. Disorganization when managing projects, lack of basic communication. Same problems in different days and everything rushed out and not thought through properly. Lack of exploring more modern tools and practices. Only one point of contact for IT demands. Higher manager do not get involved into employees needs such as missing payments due to late approval and/or bad processes.

95% jobs are outsourced to HR companies if you are unlucky to get people2people then you will have very bad experience Like any big corporate they will treat you like a number Very condescending work environment- They will make you feel like an outsider if you are not directly hired by Samsung.

Cons

Really bad corporate culture. 90% of Senior employees are either Korean or Korean expats. Very difficult to book time off, no work-life balance. The managers just want “yes men”
