      Good place to get 1-2 years experience

      Cons

      Overloaded, underpaid. You have to fight extremely hard for a pay increment and promotion. Lots of bianess and unsaid rules when it comes to compensation. Promotion comes usually when someone else quits, (afterwhich you're forced to be overloaded anyway), or when there are new role creations (rare) or you just have very special connections within the company. Don't join if you think this is a place you'll want to stay for long.

      It's a job and pays the bills.

      Cons

      Line Manager changes 8 times across less than 4 years. Budget sign off take about 8 people. Hours a very long. Under resourced teams. No role is irreplaceable.
