      1. CMMI Level 5 company 2. good onsite opportunity 3. good salary for employees from service company

      Cons

      1. Strict office timings 8:30 to 17:30(No flexi time) 2. Expected to work in weekends. 3. First level manager has absolutely no power and he nods his head for whatever senior management and HR says. 4. Pathetic HR policy 5. No work from home.

      Pros

      Onsite opportunity if you get into the right team. Job Security if you are comfortable with all the management fumbling. Best for middle managers who dont have big experiences or professional / academic background to boast about.

      Cons

      1> No industry Expert. Very Little PHDs 2> No worklife Balance 3> Incompetent Middle Managers. Higher Management get their fat pay by impressing Korean Managers by providing cheap workforce who can toil at their command. And they call them Customers. 4> Very little R& D work. 5> weekend work considered normal and not overtime. 6> Projects get created and dumped at clicks from Korea. you can suddenly hear about an interesting project and prepare yourself for it which can be scraped suddenly. etc etc

      some projects have good tech work. exposure to technology

      work culture is very bad. not fit for india. managers are dumb, they could be replaced with mere translators too, because koreans say in korean, they say in english.. tat s it. HR policies are not good, especially attendance Not a good company for one who expects good work/life balance. lot of politics frm managers . ..
