      Great work place, nice people, especially we have an innovative team that allows employees to give their ideas to improve the working environment.

      Cons

      It's hard to get to higher position since it's a Korean company... The culture thing is the key point of success in this company.

      Pros

      very proud to work there, and people working there are awesome with high sense of achievements. Also the benefits are huge.

      Cons

      working hours are just insane, although it's getting better nowadays. But still, compared to other countries or other companies, it feels more harsh.

      Think of work environment before taking up job in SISO

      Decent money. There is nothing much to tell pros of SISO.

      Cons

      No clarity of roles and responsible. GWP of 27 for the year 2010 and it bound to drop, if they take up GWP next time. Horrible senior Management.. useless and lazy senior mgmt No vision for employees. Just doing given work like any small consultant firm.. No stings for the mgmt.
