      Pros

      As Samsung being the market leader in every aspect, may it be mobile phones or home appliances. It brings a great tag name to a candidates carrier. which further helps a lot.

      Cons

      The area which I am dealing with has a lack of proper management, there are no fixed rules for anything and the myth of working with an MNC is far away from anyone's reach.

      Pros

      Globally and a good reputation as a big international name in electronics field worldwide. and it was a challenge to be responsible of all their ATL/BTL artworks.

      Cons

      that not all your advises could be reached to the head office when u have claims about methods or campaigns which dont fit your area or the country your are living in regarding the impact or the message behind the campaigns.
