      Some employees are able to test out products. Many employees are contractors. No new hires.

      Cons

      Low morale, no software support, uses archaic systems: old Windows edition, old Microsoft Suite, gives too many responsibilities for one worker, poor management, poor opportunities for advancement, questionable ethics in management

      Business trips, collaboration with HQ projects, challenging work

      Corruption and bad management (innovation and credit stealing, brutal politics, backstabbing and humiliation of employee, top management unaware or incapable of handling operations, politics based promotions, etc.) , work life balance is bad in such a way that people who are overworked are compensated the same way a slacker who pretends to go overtime for extra cash. should enforce removal of overtime or use it only when necessary and not mandatory every day.
