      Pros

      Samsung is a great brand to have on one's CV.

      Cons

      The reality is that Samsung is one of the world's largest start ups. The Korean company hires bright people but unfortunately doesn't foster a culture which engages new ideas and creative thinking. I have seen improvements but the hierarchy and internal red tape will lead to its demise. Employees learn a lot quickly but the unspoken rule says get out within a year to avoid stagnation. Hopefully Samsung will one day treat its employees like grown ups.

      Pros

      Innovative products Pay and benefits were good such as fuel card, car allowance, corporate card etc.

      Cons

      No communication between departments! Management don't have a clue on what is going on in the retail field! Management care more about reporting than creating relationships in store Its all about KPI's with reports

      Extremely long hours no work life balance No training.....given material and expected to learn on your own....absolutely ridiculous ...turnover rate is high....3 new employees for same position in one year
