      Pros

      Some may claim that "it may look good on the resume" OR "ok pay", but the disadvantages outweigh any faint positive. Simply put - DO NOT WORK HERE!

      Cons

      You can expect: Bullying / Harrassment (very acceptable & normal here) Terrible work culture and inhumane treatment of employees; No work life balance (expect to work all day, all night and on weekends); incompetent management with no prior management experience or care factor when it comes to retaining or nurturing employees!

      Highly successful in the market. Big budgets and well respected in the market. Looks good on the CV and plenty of market momentum.

      Cons

      Very aggressive and siloed. Limited collaboration and top down culture. No work life balance or flexibility. Lots of unhappy people working here.
