Lots of room for new ideas, feedback, and professional development. Plus you're able to grow your career in a field that matters working with people with disabilities. Expansive benefit plan including funding for your personal/professional goals like tuition reimbursement or an adventure fund.

Cons

Post-COVID there are less in-person team building activities. Would love to see more of the professional development and quarterly events move to in-person.
