The people I provided support for were AMAZING. That's why I work in this field though.

Cons

The owner of this company only cares about money. All of the upper management is horrible and it trickles down making the whole company horrible. They don't care about their employees or their clients. Employees are replaceable and clients are just dollar signs. Most of the people I worked with when I was there have now moved on to a different company that does care and its incredible the difference it makes. There are far better companies out there than Sample Supports. Don't waste your time with them.

Clients and employees is what makes the company.

Cons

Management is horrible and they want you to work overtime under the table (not claim the hours but “need” you to work). Very short staff. If they paid more and treated their employees better then this company would be successful.

Good pay, and good people til they burn out

Cons

Struggles because they are the definition of the Peter Principle. Managers are all are burnt out, and those that are not are apathetic. For profit company that's more worried about the $ for the higher ups or their image than what the services actually look like. Terrible training process.
