The individuals in services at Sample Supports are the only reason to work at this company. Disability Services is a very rewarding field.

Cons

The leadership team is composed of the most degrading group of women I have ever met. The company culture is grossly misrepresented. The company does not take accountability for their lack of training and oversite for employee success and safety. I have heard countless stories of "unfit" staff when in reality the only constant at this employer is the monstrous management team pocketing unrealistic salaries for their efforts and job duties.

I started in the brink of covid. You go to be outside all day at parks and doing activities.

Cons

Pay was too little for the people you'd be supporting. They'd stick 4-6 individuals with 2 people all day, including high needs individuals. You can't focus on all 6 people when attending to 1 high needs individuals, out in the open public spaces. Hardly provided activities to do. Putting other individuals at harm by having aggressive individuals out in groups. Hardly focused one on ones. Careless management Sends you to parks with hills and minimal sidewalks, with people in wheelchairs.
