The privilege of working with this part of the population, opportunity for overtime hours, paid vacation, insurance options, cell phone reimbursement, working with the public, fast paced environment, innovative ideas implemented often, various work details, discounted food, this list could go on and on.

Cons

Long work days but it comes with working in the food industry.

This is an innovative, fast-paced company that is doing great things to serve and support individuals with developmental disabilities in our communities. It is a great team. The job is fun, creative, meaningful and challenging in all the right ways.

Cons

Because it is very fast-paced, there is a lot of work to be done always. Sometimes it can feel overwhelming if the work/life balance is off.

This is a company that is really helping people every single day and it's exciting to be part of it. Management is firmly committed to helping persons served and employees to do their best.

Cons

This isn't really a con but there is a realistic expectation that every employee should work hard to do their job and get it done. That isn't for everyone so you must stay committed and management is supportive in that.
