Pros

-Pay is better compared to other retail jobs. Personal shoppers earn $18-20/hr. -You don't have to pay for a membership and can add someone else. -If you're full-time, you get all the benefits like pto, health insurance, etc.

Cons

-Very physically demanding job for all ages and genders, expect back pain. -The order fulfillment system is frequently changed, often every few months. -Heavy favoritism: full-time positions are usually pre-decided. -Personal shoppers work more than any other department and get blamed for delays while being pulled to help understaffed departments.
