You work alone most of the time Not micromanaged Managers really don’t care what you do as long as you get the job done and practice food safety Early shift 4am-12:30pm

Cons

Fast paced Understaffed most times Cold Management doesn’t know how to talk to employees most of the time until they see you about to quit

Beware of Beavercreek

Parking & ability to get overtime

Cons

Poorly ran from upper management. High turnover. You will regret ever taking a position here. My first time leaving a job without giving any notice because upper management has no idea what they are doing. The Beavercreek store has a reputation for really bad treatment to employees that’s why they are always hiring. Beware!
