Pros

- there's always something to do and time flies by - you move a lot through out the day, good for getting your steps in for the day - some customers tip you so that's nice

Cons

- more often then not your department is running late and short staffed - its an entry level job so don't expect most passionate co-workers - you still have to interact with customers a little and listen to their bs (rare but it will happen) - can get boring for some people because you're essentially doing the same task - 0 career growth in that department, only if you transfer to a different department in that store
