Pros

Depending on the club, it is a fun work environment, casual dress, and the managers were very good from what I saw. The employees were friendly and very up beat.

Cons

There is a high turn over rate, and your club may not pay you as much as you'd like. Also, their departments don't always communicate like they should. For example, it may take both departments to complete certain jobs. Each department believes that it is the other department's responsibility. The end result being that nothing gets done until someone asks, hey what happened?

Pros

The relationships that you build with associates and the members.

Cons

There is no need for management due to micro managing. The Market team that runs the Utah market is in competent, reckless and brutal. There is no concern for the management teams that run the clubs and a great lack of care for the hard working associates. Many issues are swept under the carpet and covered up. The team is very back stabbing and nice to your face. If the Market team does not like you or you cross them in any way they will plot a plan to coach you out the door.
