Pros

Great management, welcome you with open arms, great planning by upper management to keep interns coming along. Also good pay and benefits for driving to other clubs.

Cons

Pay could be a little bit better and upper management could have trained us more to further develop us as a leader.

Pros

The job as cashier was laid back and relaxed. The employees were like one big family in the front end department.

Cons

We had to lift heavy things regularly. The pay was not stellar. And we were required to sell the sam's club memberships to customers. We were rewarded on that daily.

Pros

Very relaxed environment with mutual respect between the managers and the workers. Best paying job I have ever had, haven't had many though.

Cons

A lot of the other workers were just working to get done, not necessarily to do a good job. Dealing with customers gets frustrating sometimes.
