Pros

Many of the values that made Mr. Walton's company so successful are still in place.

Cons

These values that were important to the comany's success are slowly being taken away by the new leadership.

Pros

good pay, other associates are very friendly, very easily to move up in the company, COS' care about the cashiers (atleast at my club) works around my school schedule and family life

Cons

cashiers are like the black sheep, everything that goes wrong in the club is blamed on the cashiers, If goals are not met, if theft is high, cashiers are blamed for it. selling of the Plus membership is all on the cashiers, when they "say" everyone is supposed to be promoting it. Information about what is going on is not shared with everyone, only with who the managers think are important
