- easy work environment, friendly staff - able to work on own without supervision - mandatory lunch breaks - able to use cell phone at work

Cons

- always want you to upsell plus membership - produce isn't always the freshest - too much work for not enough pay

There is alot of pressure to produces sales, always everything is about sales,sales,sales and making more than last year.

most people you work with are ok free membership

Cons

no recognition for good job constant complaining by team leads about your job no opportunity for advancement,(unless you kiss a** long and hard) management is mostly clueless when it comes to actual management an motivating employees no discounts except on produce consistently unerstaffed
