Pros

Exemplary co-workers, they will do all they can to help you. Some managers are more lenient than others. You get real-life skills and knowledge on how all department stores work.

Cons

-Tough hours, you get told 3pm-10:30pm, but it usually means 3pm-1am or maybe even 2 am. -Frantic work-pace if you work grocery department, it may leave you dizzy if you are not prepared for the workload. -Other departments may ask for help from Grocery department but they usually don't help us. The exception is produce, every once in a while.
