Cons

Stressfull, No respect for the individual, Pressure to perform is unrealistic at times, unorganized, terrible management, communication is awful, some management is so bad it makes you wonder if a trained chimp could do better.

Pros

Training of DBL'S; cross training of job positions

Cons

the year wait for full time and benefits is far from an incentive. no overtime, no raises until after a year even when they say you will get them before. Exceptional workers are not noted enough even when they go over and above.

Pros

I worked for Sams for a little over 2 years, not a bad company to work for, I started at 8.00/hr and ended up making 9.00 after two years, I as part time and got blue cross blue shield medical after one year ($50/pay) and one week vacation....not many companies offer that after a year as part time these days, ESPECIALLY IN RETAIL growth was good as long as you were honest and had good attendance you would grow in the company they don't start you that high, but if you put in a few years you will make a decent living

Cons

hours are usually cut if you're part time in or around jan/feb & march
