The business is growing and is struggling to keep up with such issues as having enough associates on duty for each shift.

The training program is excellent! This job is great to kick people out of their shell and help you get in a bit of exercise.

Pros

Fun, busy, upbeat environment. Hard work is rewarded, great team to work with, all in all scheduling is very flexible.

Cons

Long hours of standing on your feet, moderate to heavy lifting, must have strength to work set up. Compensation is low, but benefits are okay overall.
