Pros

pay was generous as well as incentives

Cons

Sneers and jeers from 50% of club employees. Made fun of by customers in club. Lots of laughter and finger pointing from club members. members could not accept a hearing center inside a Sams Club. Very little cooperation from Optical and Pharmacy deptartments that were supposed to be supporting Hearing Center. Trying to conduct hearing tests and customer service with 25-45 feet of 20+ noisy cashier stations. Supervisor unsympathetic of these problems, just said "get it done"

Pros

stock purchase plan is very beneficial. The people are fantastic to work with.

Cons

the grind of retail is very frustrating. That is not what this company was founded on in the begining. It has gone the way of a true retail store and gotten away from being a warehouse.

Pros

Fairly flexible work schedule. Like anywhere you have some great managers and some not so great. If you prove yourself it's easy to get promoted.

Cons

Bad management (just a few not the whole team) Not always guaranteed hours if you are part time
