Flexible work hours. Locations close to home without having to commute long distance. Professional and knowledgeable staff.

Cons

Wages not comparable to other companies in area. Lack of communication between departments. Relaxed working environment due to employees who have worked at same location for over 10 years.

Pros

Some of the best reasons to work at Sam's club included job security, friendly work environment, and quality management. Overall it was a great place to work.

Cons

The downsides were what was demanded of you, too often managers dumped large amounts of work on you without really knowing how much work you had to do.
