Pros

the pay is ok if it is a teenagers first job you get paid a lil more then minimum wage.

Cons

you have A lot of ignorant people coming into sams club but dont get me wrong any placeyou work that is always going to be the same, but you have some managers who are lazy and dont do anything they never come out and everytime they do something they act lie they did so much and stop what they are doing and to get an associate to do something that is not really their job.

Pros

The 401k matching and company stock purchase plans make it possible to save for retirement without much effort. It's also a great place to get experience in customer service and dealing with rapid fire problems.

Cons

The hourly wage is OK at best, especially for the job requirements. It's especially noticeable when moving up the food chain. Making less than a dollar an hour more as a supervisor than as a cashier, especially with all the extra responsibilities and yelling from Corporate, just isn't worth it.
