Pros

Free Sam's Club membership Great co-workers and some management Jobs can be fun , depending on which department you are in Get to meet lots of cool customers

Cons

Management can be unrealistic about goals and some only care about saving their own jobs Not much loyalty to employees, even long term. The pay is not great.

Pros

Easy work. You also work with a lot of people that can feel your sympathy of not achieving much in the world.

Cons

If wanted to move up, going above in beyond is an understatement and many times you are not appreciated. Also, lack of employees on the floor due to the company's "budget." Pay is not great either.
