Pros

- The work isn't hard but is physically demanding - You're entitled to your 15's and 30 minute lunch breaks - If you have a good team and lead, the work is more bearable

Cons

- High rate of employee turnover - Always understaffed/have to deal with call-offs everyday - Constantly pressured to meet numbers while being overworked - You will walk an average of 25k-30k steps each shift

freedom, not micromanaged at all, get to lead your team your way

Cons

long hours, inconsistent schedule, could work overnights, mornings, evenings all in one week
