Pros

Pay is very good. You work as a team. Very friendly staff. You always have someone to goto if you have any issues. You can transfer into many different departments.

Cons

There is no downsides it is fun and enjoyable. People are great. The one thing though is grumpy members that hate you for no reason at all.

Free membership, closes @ 7pm

Cons

No advancement opportunity, even if you acquire a degree while employed. Employees have no voice, management treats employees very inferior.

Pros

I can't think of any pros because it is demeaning.

Cons

they ask too much of cashiers. not only do you have to check people out at the register, you have to sell upgrade memberships, credit cards, renewals, warranties and provide customer service - all for as little pay as possible.
