Pros

Entry level compensation is better than most of its competitors. There are various departments to learn and work. Supervisors somewhat flexible with part time employees who are college students.

Cons

After the holiday season, some part time employees are subject to being laid off to make up for slower start of the year. Not much for career advancement unless a manager.

Pros

The people I worked with were great and fun to be with for hours. Hourly wage was pretty good too. Worked with school schedules

Cons

Management was pushy when it came to selling goals. It was your fault if you didn't get someone to sign up or upgrade. Rude about pregnancy restrictions
