Around st pattys day, you get either a $1500 pt or a 2500 ft bonus if certain goals are met!

Cons

You have to get all your work done. I have held some 12 hour shifts before. Especially around graduation time.

If you are very versatile and a person with multiple skills they will take advantage of that Working holidays

If you work hard and gain knowlegde of the internal workings of the club the availabitly to move into a higher paying positon or supervisor position is easy to get.

Cons

teamwork is something that needs to be encourage but is not something to be expected regardless of what is said there about teamwork.
