You earn Pto day one and ppto within 90days. Employer provided meals occasionally. Open door policy.

Cons

There’s a snowball rolling down the hill and you have to catch it at the base everyday. You will be treated as important yet disposable. Yearly raise revolving around time worked for the company as opposed to work done.

Pros

Day goes by fast because youre busy. If you have a good team like i did, it helps. If you want to move up in company, just literally do your job right and you can move up.

Cons

Management at this location was very lazy, besides 1 or 2 of them. Management makes the lead do their job so they have less to do. Management stands around and does absolutely nothing, even when the store was busy and short staffed. They cut overtime even though they are short on staff, yet they still expect everything to be done and perfect. You get hired and told you would do one thing and then they change your schedule and duties on you. Overall horrible work life balance and horrible management. Half of management looks like theyre afraid to do any actual work.
